The recipe

This recipe is meant to evolve. I believe there is always a certain trick or a brillant idea that can make it better.

If you think, your own recipe is better, please leave a comment and I will be happy to try and change mine if it is the case.

So, let’s see the current state of the recipe:

Vegetable curry (v1.0)

Ingredients (for 4 to 6 servings):

  • Oil
  • Mustard Seed
  • Cumin
  • Cardommen
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tumeric
  • Chilli sauce
  • Carrots
  • Potato
  • Sweet Potato
  • Zuchinni
  • Mushroom
  • Tomato

Instructions :

  • Boil the carrots, potato and sweet potato in until soft enough to easily poke a fork into
  • In the meantime, heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, the cumin seeds and the cardommen
  • When the spices have popped (you will hear it or smell the release of flavour) add the ground garlic and chilli sauce and stir a little.
  • Add the onion and tumeric and cook on a lower heat until onion is transluscent
  • Firstly add zucchini then the mushrooms and other boiled vegetables.
  • When the zucchini is looking cooked, add the tomatos (chopped).
  • Stir in the cocnut cream and leaves (optionnel) then cook for another five to ten minute
